Managed the overall operations of a college theater organization as transitioned from a traditional physical medium in order to adapt to the online sphere. Apart from managing operations, we had to change certain practices and create new roles in order to ensure our organization stays relevant to its core values while producing quality output even everyone has to work remotely. I oversaw all productions and special projects, as well as the marketing, finance, human resource, external relations, and logistical departments. During my term, we were able to produce one online festival and two major productions which are:1. Bahay Tanghalan (A festival of six student plays)2. Managed two of my own projects which focused on improving the distribution rates of high frequency stores in order to further grow the business. This role required me to heavily utilize Microsoft Excel and use pivot tables in order to see how individual distributors, brands, and products were faring in an attempt to identify barriers and propose solutions.
