Currento Ensuring adequate staff coverage at all times.o Ensuring adherence to State, County, MCO and Agency policy and procedureso Monitoring Vacation, sick and holiday time.o Monitoring staff conduct and compliance with program requirements.o Monitoring use of agency vehicles and requests for mileage reimbursement.o Initiate disciplinary actions, if required.o Complete quality improvement activities, which include, chart audits, monthly compliance checks, supervision, and use of best practice and completion of incident and death reports.o Screening referrals/opening caseso Monitoring CCBH Authorizations, fiscal liabilities, units of services and productivity.o Ensure all authorizations and liabilities are completed and remain up to date. Monitor utilization and staff productivity on a monthly basis.o Monitor, review and approve staff service documentation. Staff must hand in service documentation with 48 hours of the service contact.o Conduct 1 group supervision per week and individual supervision, as needed. o Manage case load of 15 BCM level clients, in addition to supervisory role.o Provide On-Call/after-hours services for 1 week at a time.o Manage mental health crises that may arise; assess need for hospitalization; and initiate bed search and contact insurance company to obtain pre-certification for in-patient stay.o Responsible for interviewing new hires and training them in all aspects of the agency, as well as job responsibilities. o Complete annual performance evaluations on staff.
