Re-format and update candidate resumes. This includes fixing grammar, syntax, format, and overall readability before presenting to a client.4. Assist candidates in prepping for client interviews. This includes sending them a list of interview tips and having practice phone and Skype interviews when needed.6. Once a candidate is placed on a project, I check in with them regularly to ensure everything is going smoothly on their end, and assist with any issues when necessary.
