• Responsible for daily client decisions in regards to advertising campaign;• Execute and ensure all media plans run smoothly for all accounts; • Develop and maintain strong client relationships;• Continuously look for new business opportunities;• Create copy for social media posts, radio commercials and print ads for a variety of clients.• Coordinate projects on various accounts at all times, along with coordinating inter office departments to ensure all creative materials are correct and complete by deadlines;• Communicate with CEO and COO on status of all clients and progress.

•Interact with all levels of client personnel, responsible for day-to-day delivery;•Write and create drafts of radio scripts, television storyboards, print and websites;•Prepare media schedules and analyze response metrics;•Communicate with research sites to track advertising response;•Oversee the processing of all media contracts;•Coordinate production with advertising vendors and traffic all advertising material;•Update and maintain account status reports; calculate and prepare daily cost per call reports.
