This information allows TRU U to design a program that best suits each individual athlete, team or program based on the same scientific assessments that Colleges and the Pros use! Allowing the TAP Assessment Results to guide our development plan.TRU U Mindset Accountability Coaching helps athletes study and advance in the 12 areas of Athletic Mindset Performance. The TAP Assessment excises scientific data to help athletes, parents, coaches and Coach Cole target areas of strength and areas in need of development. Allowing our accountability coaching model to take a holistic approach to mindset + performance development benefiting your individual athlete or your whole team or organization.By interacting with athletes on a weekly basis Coach Cole educates while holding them accountable in a productive and healthy way!
