Pre-opening for Village Hotel Katong (previous Paramount Hotel) and assist Director of Sales and Marketing in management of sales team’s activities to meet the goals of the Revenue Plan• Oversee operations of Sales department in the absence of Director of Sales and Marketing- Budget setting for Sales team for both Village Hotel Changi and Village Hotel Katong- Manage sales team’s activities to meet the goals of the Revenue Plan - Oversee sales administration and the selling and servicing of group business. - Analyze business based on revenue reports and plan for strategies on achieving management goals with Assistant Revenue Manager and Area General Manager- Submission for weekly GM reports on Sales achievements and business forecasts - Working with Marcom on marketing plans for both Hotels• Produce, implement and monitor action plans to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved • Sales planning and preparation for pre-opening of Village Hotel Katong• Account management of existing corporate and key accounts • Annual sales forecasting and budgeting
