Taught thousands of kids aged 2+ to cook from scratch, learning valuable life skills and trying new foods. This included teaching children with special educational needs and with food disorders. Teaching was originally in person then moved online during Covid including many free classes raising money for Fareshare and Ukraine. I was featured in First News and Juno amongst other publications and was interviewed live on Sky with two of my chefs. Provided workshops for Riverford, The Museum of London, The Jewish Museum, Cranfield Business School, RNIB, Homestart and Hubbub.

Manager in the Assurance and Business Advisory Practice, experienced in managing large teams. Clients included Asprey, Intercontinental Hotels, Tomkins, Ginger Media (Chris Evans’ radio holding company) and other advertising clients including extensive due diligence work and a stint as in-house Finance Director for one of their acquisitions. Headhunted for a secondment as EA to the EMEIA head of the Audit with a focus on learning and development. • Responsible for obtaining Investors in People accreditation for the whole UK firm (the first of the Big 5 to achieve this)• Managed selection into and delivery of the firm’s pan-European MBA programme at Warwick and Manchester Business Schools (the biggest corporate programme at the time and since)• Leading a UK wide competency programme to assess and record skills of the UK Audit practice in, with the plan to roll this out globally.
