As a coach who is also a clinical hypnotherapist, my approach is based on how our brains work. My clients tell me it's a winning combination of conscious and subconscious work in a safe space where you become more self aware and able to move forward on your goals. You can expect our time together to include great conversations, challenging and thought provoking questions that get you to think expansively, deep listening (and deep laughing at times) and some tools, techniques and models if that’s your thing. I’m empathetic, intuitive and collaborative and I really care. And my coaching is action oriented so that you can see the shifts even from our first session. After 6 sessions you will have changed the way you think and that will change who you are and what you do.
