Provide administrative support to the President, management, and Program Officers. Executive calendar management. Grant management from intake through award/denial and then to completion and close-out. Track and monitor various projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities and outcomes, time-management, progress, and problem-solving along the way. Quarterly board meeting coordination (prepare meeting agendas and docket materials, reserve hotels and meeting spaces, travel arrangements, and activities). General office and miscellaneous meeting coordination; in person, off-site, and virtual. Financial duties (enter invoices, process donations, record incoming checks, and reconcile bank statements). Update and ensure accuracy of grantee and donor database. Monitor and analyze database performance and make modifications as needed. Create and run comprehensive reports for various meetings and reporting. Maintain event tracking to monitor and report on conference registrations and attendance. Office equipment and supply maintenance, as well as building security and maintenance.Multiple special projects, as assigned.
