Every day has the opportunity to be an adventure. With three years under my belt managing customer experience at a tech start-up, from technical troubleshooting to tracking support trends and customer feedback, I’m ready to venture into new territory. During my time at Belmont University, my experience ranged from volunteer positions at music industry events to internships in research and data analysis at Aloompa in Nashville, Opera Co-Pro in London, and the Pipeline Project at Belmont. Through each experience I have explored the best ways to communicate data and implement what I've learned to best serve the companies and their clients.Aside from my amateur coffee connoisseur explorations in every city I visit, you can find me hiking on a trail, reading a new book, befriending dogs, or scheming my next adventure.
