Manages vacation requests, travel approval, travel expenses, resource capacity, and new project intake for both external clients and internal company projects. Along with my management duties, I maintain my Project Manager duties from my previous position with Pulse.

Responsible for scope of work and deliverables, identifying assignments, resource scheduling, project scheduling, host project status calls, data conversion management, and maintain documentation for project status, issues and risk logs for both premise based and ASP environment projects. We use a multi-phase implementation process with detail oriented documentation and timelines to provide success and transparency to the client. Multiple successful client implementations spread over a wide variety of client types and product solutions. This includes Practice Management, EHR, RCM, and 3rd party vendors for interfaces. Multiple successful internal project implementations like ICD10, ASP environment migrations, and Patient Portal upgrades. Additional duties include coordinating with Director and PMO Lead to develop best practices, create and update documentation, Professional Services department Key Stakeholder for new cloud product, and sole point of contact for clients and internal staff for all types of Pulse implementations. Work with multiple departments including EDI enrollment, conversion specialist, product, and training to deliver a successful and functional software product solution. Consult within the company to provide client feedback to aid in the development of our products.

Implementation of Practice Management and EHR software, which includes eRX and system reporting. Conducts workflow analysis to assess the client needs. Fully trains providers, administrative team, and clinical staff to utilize Pulse Complete EHR software. This is completed by onsite training and remote sessions.

Dedicated senior software support specialist. Superb problem solving and multi-tasking skills. Quickly adapting to every situation to resolve issues and insure client satisfaction. Implements and maintains Surescripts enrollments for entire client base. Monitors Surescripts connections and transactions for Quality Assurance for clients and their patients on a daily basis.
