As Director of the C&S Provider Portfolio at United/Optum, I am dedicated to creating a seamless experience for our providers, enabling them to deliver comprehensive care to our members. With over a decade of experience in technology leadership, I have a proven track record of identifying provider pain points and enhancing tools and processes to benefit our providers. My primary objective is to ensure our providers have access to the information and tools they need for optimal care delivery.My approach is grounded in reliability, integrity, and resourcefulness. By analyzing provider pain points and identifying areas for improvement, I aim to facilitate a more efficient and effective healthcare delivery system.My career at United/Optum began as a Business Analyst, leading to my role as Senior Manager of Software Engineering within the NEMIS application. I have been instrumental in numerous new market implementations and growth initiatives, including KY Greenfield, MN Metro, DC Dual, and DSNP Modernization. These experiences have honed my ability to lead complex projects and deliver impactful results.As a Culture Ambassador and alumni of the 'In HER Element' program, I am passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in technology. I run our Women In Technology mentor program, empowering women in tech and fostering an inclusive work environment.
