Developing relationship and facilitating co-operation activities with our international partnerships within Asia to optimise the opportunities in pension market.

* Produce, in an accurate and timely manner, AMP Capital’s FUM and cashflow numbers (weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly). Once produced, will then assist in providing insightful analysis across a large number of AMP Capital business units. NCF and FUM data are distributed to CEO, CFO, Global Head of Sales, Executive Committee.* Provide timely and relevant support to business customers across the organisation, mainly support to the Global Head of Sales and all his direct reports across the world, covering Europe, North America, Middle East, China, Japan, rest of Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Annual sales target for Global Sales team was c. $8bn.* Act as point of contact for a diverse range of stakeholders worldwide e.g. Client Services, Investor Relations, Marketing brand & Communications, Compliance, Product, etc. for ongoing contributions to new asset management tenders, monitoring strategic initiatives, research house survey and other queries.* Assist in process improvement projects in order to improve the quality of AMP Capital’s management information systems and create new streamlined reporting framework, etc. amidst a $300m company wide customer-centric transformation program.

This is a role in a JV company with AMP Capital (Australia) and Brookfield Asset Management (US).• Assist the production of periodic management reports.• Month-end and year-end processes and working as a point of contact for auditors at year end.• Banking administration: 7 accounts, 4 currencies across Sydney, London, HK and Chicago. • Preparation of monthly FUM & cash-flow report for the JV.• Coordinate HK FSC licence preparation & lodgement.• Ledger and Reporting System Maintenance.• Fix asset register and other ad-hoc activities.
