Nicole is a triple-certified trauma-informed meditation instructor with a mission of healing herself and helping others heal themselves. Nicole received her first accreditation from Atlantic University '19 in Teaching Meditation and the Inner Life. After falling in love with teaching, Nicole then studied at the Edgar Cayce Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.) '22 where she received her second certificate in Meditation Teaching. Most recently, Nicole was certified as a Level 1 Breath-Body-Mind Instructor through the Breath Body Mind Foundation '23 in collaboration with the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and in 2024 became certified in Mental Health First Aid. While working full-time in Mental Health Data and pursuing her music career as a conscious rapper, Nicole is utilizing her teaching skills and creativity to promote mental and emotional healing throughout her community!

Wrote several press releases and media pitches. Researched and compiled material for clients such as, Seagram’s Escapes, RICH’s Food Products, and the Susan G. Komen Race for a Cure.
