I loved this job, unfortunately it was through a temp agency so I was moved around alot to do specific jobs and then when complete, would be sent somewhere else for anywhere from 1day to a few mos. With Modern Plating, I wanted badly to be hired in but the reason I was sent by the temp service was because the guy that normally ran this line was out with an injury and so I new ahead of time that no matter how amazing I did at his job, it wasn't mine to take and their where no openings within the shop because when someone got hired there...They STAYED! for years! So I gave my all anyways in hopes that when they do have a permanent opening, they will remember me. Show less
