I am a New Jersey native who had the honor to travel the world in my 14-year Air Force career! Throughout my career in and outside of the government, one thing always remained true and that is that I have a creative side that has been itching to come out! Running my nutrition coaching and consulting business since 2020 has shown me one thing. And that one thing is that outside of helping people make better life decisions, I REALLY enjoy educating and creating training programs. I decided to take my course creation and development skills I have gained over the over 4 years into overdrive. I am excited to bring these skills to businesses to help improve their employee engagement and performance to grow their businesses. As a freelancer, I have the ability to have my creativity shine through while maintaining the client/subject matter expert vision! I look forward to working and collaborating with you!
