Spearheaded the development and implementation of strategic plans to foster equity and enhance engagement among families and communities across our district. Served as a liaison to the Wisconsin Urban Leaders Institute, which provided essential diversity, equity, and inclusion training to the “Big Five” largest districts in Wisconsin, strengthening our commitment. Established robust connections with other Wisconsin school systems, state educational agencies, and local governments.Provided professional development and direction on strategies to create a  comprehensive culture of equity and inclusion for all students, families, employees, and community members. This approach addressed critical issues such as academic disparities, cultural and climate concerns, talent management, and comprehensive stakeholder engagement, ensuring no aspect was overlooked.

Served as Superintendent's designee to ensure quality services were provided to all Henry County School District stakeholders and provided supervision and management for the Department of Family Services in accordance with local, state, and federal policies, rules, and regulations.

Created and facilitated professional development for district and school leaders. Supported district and school leaders in analyzing, interpreting, and utilizing data to identify student needs, guide changes in instruction, coach educators, and evaluate programs to improve student performance.

Supervised, managed, and supported our district's alternative education staff, ensuring high standards and impactful leadership within our school environments. Conducted evaluations for alternative education school leadership to ensure program goals were met, the quality of educational services was stellar, and innovation was high. Created and implemented educational programs that provide diverse and influential alternative pathways for students seeking a high school diploma. Provided strategic leadership in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the district's Dropout Prevention Plan, which reduced dropout rates and enhanced student retention and success.
