Working collaboratively with Curtin University and other key stakeholders to commercialise a solid state hydrogen technology for export. Assisting the company with strategy to achieve commercial success, and advising on corporate structure and capital raisings. Technically and commercially reviewing new projects and special opportunities that would compliment the existing assets.

Assisting the Company with guidance and advice on marketing and promotion of the Company existing asset. Assisting the Company to build new relationships with stakeholders, including investors and corporates, which would help facilitate capital raisings.

Introducing the company to new resource opportunities that may be complimentary and value add to the Company's existing exploration portfolio. Assisting the company with review and consideration of documents, information, technical data and commercial terms of prospective new resources opportunities. Facilitating negotiations between the company and third parties in respect of the potential acquisition of new resources opportunities.
