Present and provide expert knowledge on the natural dog and cat foods offered and the benefits of each brand to customers. Also must maintain an expert knowledge in hypoallergenic foods. Other duties include: offering expert knowledge in vitamin supplements, grooming supplies, holistic alternatives. Office duties include data entry, managing incoming calls, and store upkeep.

Provide costumers with information on all the various materials offered and the specific usage of each material, specializing in pond products. Cashier duties also include; managing incoming calls, data entry, taking orders and setting up deliveries for our new and returning costumers through a computerized delivery system.
