As the Systems Performance Manager at ARCH I work within our organization to collect data from our member agencies and report those back to our funding partners. I help identify trends and gaps in our services in the Acadiana area. I have worked in the Nonprofit sector for 3 years now. This work comes with many challenges, but I enjoy successfully problem solving and collaborating with others. I am great at observing and identifying when systems/structures are no longer working in order to come together with others to come up with a solution.I love the Acadiana area and all it has to offer. It is a place centered around relationships, culture, and constant growth. I fell in love after securing my degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Strategic Communication. My hope is to give back to this area and create a positive impact, as it has done for me.
