Through my excellent communication and interpersonal skills, I build professional relationships with faculty and students for the virtual StudentNest team so that we may provide an excellent technology-based education. As a team, we devoted ourselves to assisting students and their families achieve their educational endeavors.

As the lead receptionist, my daily tasks involved taking care of clients and their pets needs, while maintaining a successful organizational system that satisfied both the veterinarian's and management's needs. Multi-tasking was not foreign to this position as I handled day-to-day positive and negative occurrences. My verbal and communication skills proved excellent in this role which led me to train two receptionists for the organization. Attention to detail was crucial in the role during pressuring circumstances involving either the condition of the pet or the customer's experience at the clinic.

I excelled in providing customer service to clients via the phone, email, and in person. I motivated my team of 5-10 individuals to meet sales goals and maintain the upkeep of the gymnasium. With the support of my team, we were able to accomplish our goals, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
