• Administer programs and processes in accordance with established rules and regulations • Maintain records and prepares reports of work activities• Investigate complaints and recommends corrective actions in relation to customer inquiries

• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with major donors• Oversee organization of special events• Develop and track proposals and reports for all foundation and corporate fundraising• Network and build strong donor relationships

• Provide for the emotional, physical and social needs of young children during the time they are in the nursery• Read, understand and follow nursery policies• Establish and maintain good communication and be sensitive and responsive to parents• Interact with children and encourage their involvement in activities• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all children
