I currently manage a private resort alongside my husband. This position requires us to manage anywhere from 20 to 25 employees and 500 private members. We manage 1500 acres of privately owned land, 20 cabins, 27 docks, and over a hundred boats. I manage the restaurant, restaurant staff (chefs, line cooks, waiters, etc.) food operations, inventory, food ordering, staff recruitment, staff scheduling, housekeeper(s) schedule, etc. Aside from this, I conduct several meetings with the members regarding the resort's needs, cabin needs, wants, repairs, rebuilds, grounds, or any other inquiries. I also schedule services for clients, invoice clients, and pay all bills for the resort operations. We also manage property taxes, business licenses, and accounting needs.
