-Intricately involved with forecasting balance sheet accounts to provide a forecast of metrics used to evaluate the financial health of SLHS in the current year and in the future 5 years. -Forecasting regional site income statements, Op EBIDA, EBIDA for current month, year and 5 year plan at an internal combined view and GAAP presentation.-Assisting in high level analysis of overall SLHS combined and GAAP presentation of Income Statement, Op EBIDA and EBIDA-Assisting in developing forecasting process for sites for analysts for a more efficient and accurate forecast using various analytic computations, historical trend analysis, volume and other drivers. -Helping to establish adequate documentation and providing assistance to fellow analysts to improve their forecasting skills.-Providing monthly analysis on payor mix with the coordination of outside consultants to evaluate the reasonableness of charges and payments including analysis of collection rates by payor and evaluation of deductions and collection rates related to the hospital as a whole.-Assisting in the development of proformas for future endeavors hospital-wide from minor to major implications. - Assisting in other projects; from implementation of strategic software, to reporting compliant data submissions to external third parties, to cost accounting reporting.-Communicating with all levels of personnel at a high level whether by remote presentation, face to face or in e-mail.
