Led beta testing studies where participants were recorded engaging in live interface testing to collect feedback on Couchbase's Cloud DBaaS application. Transcribed user feedback from studies and analyzed transcripts, creating data points to provide evidence in support of the necessary changes to the application. Formulated and presented findings to the Senior Couchbase Leadership to pitch User Interface recommendations to further improve the usability of the application.
