* Communicate directly with candidates to answer questions and represent the company throughout their process* Ensure an excellent candidate and new hire experience * Track, update, and maintain all candidate statuses in the Applicant Tracking System and Onboarding Tracking System (Both Greenhouse.io)* Partner with key stakeholders (TA Partners, Hiring Managers, and Executives) to learn about, prioritize, and execute critical hiring needs* Assist in developing, implementing, and updating recruiting processes by identifying opportunities for efficiencies* Support the greater People Operations team with projects across Recruiting, HR, Culture, and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion)

Manage territory(s) to ensure current health status is on record for every patient within region.Identify areas of non-compliance and collaborate with key stakeholders towards resolution. Interpret and follow complex standard operating procedures, with a focused initiative on reporting adverse events, and exhibit independent decision-making ability when not outlined in processes and procedures.Proactively provide authorization status updates to physicians and infusion sites to prevent non-compliance and/or deviations. Identify and investigate potential and/or actual deviations to ensure risk minimization to patients and REMS Program. Reeducate physicians and infusion sites on REMS processes, and deviations. Follow-up with the infusion sites to determine if deviation is legitimate and if deemed a deviation, provide coaching to the infusion site.
