As Communications Manager of ACSP, I am responsible for all aspects of communications including the production of a weekly digital newsletter to nearly 4,000 members that boasts an open rate of more than 50% weekly (industry standard is less than 25%); website content development & creation; social media management including graphics, content, strategy & analysis; annual conference & event management for more than 1,000 attendees from all over the world. I also manage the volunteer & awards programs for ACSP.Other highlights have included: * Setting up Career Center and turning it into an automated profit center for the Association* Development of sponsorship program resulting in $35,000 increase over the previous year* Selected and worked with vendor to create & market a custom event app* Successfully switching gears during the pandemic to manage communications while hosting two completely virtual conferences with attendees from all over the world (in every time zone)
