Consumer Card Product Strategy Analyst • Consumer Lending, Credit Abuse, & Risk Detection Responsible for the development and optimization of Consumer Card Existing Credit and Risk Detection strategies.

Control partner supporting Custom Mortgage Home Loans Underwriting ($2.5mm+ in assets). My primary role focused on strengthening the control environment, improving control and regulatory processes, monitoring compliance, and developing policy and procedure standards. Some key accomplishments include:• Maintained a Global Compliance Risk Rating of “Satisfactory” in my time supporting the Front Line Unit.• Driver of a multi-channel First Mortgage Home Loans Data assessment, focused on mapping the end to end treatment of data across various channels from consumption to loan servicing. This included mapping current state, RACI, data defines and mapping, and loan level testing. Two Self-Identified issues were opened as a result of this work.• Paycheck Protection Program Test & Control whitepaper documentation for Bollas and Nobili organizations. • Issue Management and support aligned to the Consumer Privacy and Data Management organization

Responsible for the development and optimization of Consumer Card Existing Credit and Risk Detection strategies.• Utilized analytical techniques including SAS/SQL coding methods within mainframe portfolio databases, decision trees, and other quantitative methods. • Leveraged client demographic and performance data to complete more complex analytics to ensure strategies were performing within performance guardrails (DSG thresholds) and were in alignment to Bank of America’s risk appetite. • Identified and delivered key strategy changes to align client treatment and ensure repeatable outcomes in adherence to the Fair Lending Policy• Ongoing Model Risk Management Analysis on key strategy metrics as a key step in our Risk Framework process• Implemented routines to build and maintain strong relationships and open lines of communication with line of business leaders and partners.• Oversight of strategies within the Consumer Lending, Fraud, and Risk Detection spaces, such as; Proactive Credit line Increase, Reopen, Non-Core Reactive Credit Line Increase Strategies (Co-Applicant, Credit Line Transfer, Add Co-Applicant, Renewal & Reissue), Policy Inactive Closure, Proactive & Reactive Risk Detection, Credit Line Hold Removal & Alignment, Recovering Core Conversion, Acquisition ITA Test Conversion, and Credit Abuse SPID.

Finance partner supporting both Collections and Insurance Services with incentive plan design, administration and end-to-end performance enablement including performance measurement, governance and control, auditing, and reporting.
