Develop and maintain relationships with clients/customers. Serve as a liaison to ensure client satisfaction, growth and success. Work closely with our internal operations teams to ensure customer deadlines are met and that all services are being performed in a timely manner. Work closely with C level employees to ensure that the clients service level agreements are being met. Also, work closely with them to enhance current products/technology to provide better services. Handle vehicles through all the various stages of the vehicle lifecycle. Review client metrics and report to the client. Internally used as a guide to continuously improve, which in turn helps build the client relationship. Track vehicles on a live Google doc, shared with the client, so that they are completely aware of where their vehicles are in the servicing process and which vehicles are ready to be redeployed. Build SOP's used for training of new employees and to further training of current employees.
