• Community liaison for Magee Womens Hospital; initiated and maintained cooperative relationships with community partners and local government offices serving minoritized, underserved and at-risk populations in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.• Wrote and managed national and privately funded local grants to support community health programing: The Pittsburgh Foundation, Susan G. Komen Pittsburgh, Birmingham Foundation, March of Dimes, FISA Foundation, National Breast Cancer Foundation, Perdue Pharma. • Compiled and reported data on Magee’s internal and external Community Benefits (free services) programming for IRS status as a non-profit entity; quarterly reports and presentations to Magee’s Board of Directors.• Created logic models and evaluation metrics with measurable outcomes and benchmarks rooted in evidence-based practices for women’s health education, improvement and stabilization.• Worked with Executive and Physician leadership to develop and implement Magee’s first Equity and Diversity Committee. Developed the Committee’s mission statements, goals and outcome measurements, and recruited external Committee members from community partners engaged in health services for women and families.• Served on numerous external and internal committees to better coordinate health services and support for pregnant women, new mothers and infants.• Supervised the Manager of Community Outreach and PITT School of Public Health graduate interns, guided and assisted with planning and executing small and large-scale community health education events, as well as departmental branding and marketing of Magee health education materials/pamphlets.
