Up-CyclingWith the donations that we are given we upcycle as much as we possibly can, putting items back into the local community where we can. For the items we cannot we recycle safely and environment friendly. We are currently working with two charity organizations. One who regularly donates to us and one we donate to.What do you gain?You gain peace of mind that your unused electronics are not just being thrown out, without a care or thought of what data may still be stored on hard drives etc. We strive to ensure that all hard drives and data are removed and destroyed. You will also free up storage that otherwise may be limited. This service is free of charge so you do not lose anything, and by completing our donation form, all donations you make can be a put in your tax report for each reporting period.Why make a difference?• The United States produces more e-waste annually than any other country. The amount of electronics that Americans throw away every year is an alarming 9.4 million tons.• Recycling one million laptops saves the energy equivalent to the electricity used by 3,657 U.S. homes in a year, according to the EPA.• Currently only 12.5% of e-waste is recycled, according to the EPA.• According to the United Nations, 20-50 million metric tons of e-waste are discarded every year.

• To manage the quality of teaching within Literacy, Numeracy and ICT to ensure that students achieved the national benchmark and to produce performance related data to show results.• To manage all internal verification processes and arrange external visits from awarding bodies.• To analyze data and produce an end of course self-assessment which clearly showed strategies for maintaining strengths and strengthening weaknesses.• To manage a team of 6 members directly and sub sections within the college to ensure staff met their individual targets, hold staff appraisals, manage performance and attendance, to observe staff teaching within the classroom, holding regular team meetings.• Manage students in an effective way through the disciplinary process.• To deliver and prepare for 18 hours of effective delivery/teaching per week.
