I'm passionate about driving Rust-Oleum Social Customer Care into the next phase of customer service in the social and digital world. Customers are not only reaching out by phone and email, they're going online and we're right here waiting for them! Rust-Oleum provides the best possible Customer Service by having a social and customer service team that's just an innovative as the products we sell. Our Product Support team works hard every day to make sure that we create and keep customers. We also train and use all of our products which make for a relatable conversation online or on the phone - if we don't know the answer, we will find it!I currently work with multiple departments to make sure that we're driving the all of our traffic in the right direction. This includes our call center and call center software, contact us site, product training, and our social media platforms including, Sprinklr (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, etc), Bazaar Voice (retail reviews/questions), and Creator's Studio (crowdsourcing). I also manage our Product Support Representatives in our Vernon Hills, IL location and am responsible for their development and training.When I'm not working, I love spending time with my family, friends, going to football games, and listening to music/going to the concerts.
