Facilitated Chick-Fil-A Leader Academy trainings and service project. Hosted 160 students for competitive Mock Trail Scrimmage practice rounds.

· Provided supplementary support for large projects to ensure deadlines were met.

· Provided research and input as team member of a working group which sought to increase children’s safety and decrease the risks of early marriage, child labor, human trafficking, and domestic violence;· Analyzed and reported on 1000 data points for 100 country offices—over seven-year span to pinpoint global challenges and opportunities for process improvement in Child Protection;· Assisted in editing and proof-reading the Facilitators Training Manual for Channels of Hope Child Protection to use for Christian and Islamic interfaith forms – connecting influential faith leaders to tackle ending violence against children in culturally sensitive manner.

· Provided leadership to working team to promote dynamic ministry trip to Mexico.· Ensured seamless communication and between University Administration, the team, and the children’s home staff in Mexico regarding trip logistics and details.

· Created student profiles for school records and updated 155 child sponsorship profiles;· Collected data around community struggles and developed response strategies and interventions;· Facilitated short term teams: scheduled team times, devotions, projects, and ministry
