Starting as an esthetician and makeup artist, I climbed the ranks to become one of Aveda's distinguished artists and educators. In 2005, I graced prestigious stages like Aveda Congress and Aveda Master Jams, leaving an indelible mark on fashion events such as New York Fashion Week, Chicago's Gold Coast Fashion Week, and L.A. Fashion Week. Opening my first salon in 2008 and the second in 2013, I launched a bikini line in 2016, showcasing dedication to business and growth that persists in my newest company, launched in 2022.A pivotal moment occurred in 2021 when I sold the first salon to a stylist, witnessing her dreams of salon ownership unfold, fueling my passion for creating opportunities. Venturing beyond beauty, I co-founded Bikini Skin Care, successfully selling the business. In 2023, merging my love for real estate and entrepreneurship, I launched Wenz Property Partners, dedicated to transforming fixer-uppers into lucrative projects. As the sole owner of the Denver West location, I transitioned into a new realm, combining aesthetics with real estate.Wenz Property Partners stands as a testament to my commitment to simplicity and beauty in real estate.
