My role as a Regional Compliance Auditor is to provide assurance to Ingeus that claims are valid, risk of recovery is minimized, systems are robust and that systems deliver a quality service. I also provide support to the region with contractual requirements of individual government contracts. My key duties are as follows:Completing internal monitoring on each Ingeus operation and delivery partner within the region and across other areasSupporting Ingeus with contractual and quality queries Communicating key changes Self assessment and ensuring quality processes are embeddedSafeguarding, fraud prevention / detection and data securitySupporting operations with external auditsImplementation of new contracts- review Provider Guidance; creating and delivering training material; developing and implementing monitoring strategiesPromoting the compliance agenda throughout all Contract Package AreasProviding feedback, outlining findings and setting corrective actions
