'While I have only worked with Nicole for a little over a year now, it was evident from the start that Nicole is an ambitious person with a passion for providing strong leadership. When she accepted the role as Manager of Electrical Engineering in our Mackay office, not only was she the first female Manager in the office in the highly male dominated local industry, she faced a challenge of understanding an unfamiliar industry of coal mining and having to establish new relationships with customers who respect local connections.
