Work closely with Attorneys, Surveyors, Engineers, Realtors, and the General public to answer questions regarding recording requirements for documents and plats. Enter all data for documents that have been recorded and reject documents that do not meet specific guidelines. Audit all recorded documents and check for accuracy and ensure state statues have been met.
