I've been working in the PR industry, mainly tourism, government and utilities, for more than 25 years. I thrive in a creative, collaborative environment and also work well independently, which had been the case in a few of my jobs. I'm currently working at Santee Cooper, focusing on media relations and customer, stakeholder and internal communications.Specialties: writing (marketing copy, commercials, press releases, brochures, newsletters, travel articles, etc.), organizing press trips and press conferences, event management, crisis communications (planning and execution), social media.
