With 15+ years of professional experience across agency, consulting, and client-side roles, I specialise in spatial design, branded experiences and strategy for retail and workplace environments. My work bridges the gap between the spaces we create and the user's experience, focusing on the intersection of digital interaction and physical reality.Having worked on three continents and lived in two, I am a highly adaptable professional with a deep understanding of the nuances of working across cultures, languages, global markets and brands. Most recently, I led retail strategy for the adidas global retail account at IMA Home, operating remotely from Amsterdam. In this role, I collaborated with creatives and account executives based in the United Kingdom and Germany, to develop global retail toolkits for adidas Performance and Originals. Strategic key projects also included playbooks on adidas' future of Seamless Retail and Membership in Retail. Notable projects include; Conceptualising a small business roadshow for Google Australia.Leading the spatial experience stream for Deloitte Digital's HQ studio in central London.Designing two award-winning flagship stores in Sydney and Melbourne, along with a scalable retail blueprint for over 400 stores for Telstra, Australia’s largest telecommunications brand.In 2020, I launched my own brand, mōi, where I combined my creative passions in photography, copywriting, product and brand design. Spatial Design, Experience & StrategyDeloitte Digital Jan 2019 - Feb 2020London, United KingdomAppointed as the lead experience design consultant specialising in spatial design, I was engaged by Deloitte Digital London, to drive the design and user experience of their new workplace. The project included bringing together a number of smaller design business’ under one roof in central London. A new city campus building would act as the catalyst for change, shifting traditional consultant mindsets to become a more makerly design led firm, Deloitte Studios.My primary responsibility was to develop the brief and experience concepts for Deloitte Studios. Working hand in hand with the appointed interior design and architecture practice, key senior stakeholders and the user group, my approach was human centered. This involved leading and conducting design research activities such as collaborative workshops, 1:1 interviews, observations, service safaris, context and journey mapping. The insights uncovered informed an experience strategy for the new space, helping to frame and spark ideation with users. Concepts were developed, prototyped and tested with end users in low fidelity and an experience playbook was created to help govern the new workplace experience as an ever evolving ‘product’ which would continue to develop and change over time, to suit user needs. -
