National Advanced Practice Clinician Council (25 members)The APC Council serves by providing leadership and direction and all recommendations for the majority of practicing Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) within TeamHealth nationwide. Responsibilities of this council include:• Maintaining the bylaws• Developing and reviewing an annual report for council activities• Serving as the vehicle of communication to TH Corporate and C Suite• Identifying crucial initiatives and strategies• Developing best practices, standards of communication and innovative strategies• Identifying and troubleshooting APC practice through recommendations and surveys• Proposing recommendations to physician group presidentsThe Council implements and maintains standards of practice across all service lines. Responsibilities of this council include:• Monitoring the practice model of APCs at TEAMHealth as it pertains to legal perspectives• Incorporating research and survey national benchmark information findings into practice• Representing APC perspective in issues that affect recruitment and retention• Representing APC perspective in issues that affect strategies to improve APC collaboration with physicians and engagement in their practice • Addressing issues within each discipline that impact practice performance• Reviewing policies and procedures in areas where practice is delivered• Collaborating though representative service lines within the council to identify opportunities to enhance and build upon integrative services

For 20 years, I have worked in a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma and Transplant center as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. I have gained extensive experience in line placements for a variety of complex cases including heart and liver transplants, open heart surgery, general surgery, and joint replacements. Tampa General is ranked one of the top hospitals in Florida with cutting-edge, technology-advancing medicine. Since September 2016 I have been the Co-Chief CRNA for 160 colleagues.• As Chief CRNA I am responsible for the management of nurse anesthesia services in collaboration with the department of surgery and nursing administration for the 160 CRNA's and 80 MDA's at Tampa General Hospital. We are TEAMHealth's largest anesthesia practice with 17 different locations. • Analyzes and evaluates activities to assure established quality patient care• Help implement anesthesia personnel policies • Make recommendations for changes in staffing/budget • Highly experienced with regional anesthesia and proficient with epidural and spinal blocks• Proficient with central and arterial line placement• Past clinical coordinator for several nurse anesthesia programs that rotate through Tampa General and currently mentor/teach students in the clinical setting daily• Serve on TGH Advanced Practice Clinician Council, representing 160 peers• Anesthesia representative on OR Throughput Project

This Commission was created to study and make recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners on issues pertaining to the status of women, including; discrimination, employment, education, day care, and health care. These recommendations are presented as comprehensive reports to the Board and distributed to the public and interested parties. The membership of this board shall be appointed by the BOCC and shall be comprised of 15 members. Composition is as follows: Hillsborough County Commissioners - one member each ( I am Commissioner Murman's appointee)The Board of Directors of the following organizations shall each provide a nomination to the BOCC: The Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce The Helen Gordon Davis Centre for Women League of Women Voters of Hillsborough County The Spring of Tampa Bay, Inc. Since its founding in 1901 by social activist Mary Harriman, The Junior League has evolved into one of the oldest, largest, and most effective women’s volunteer organizations in the world, encompassing more than 150,000 women in 291 Leagues in four countries.Governance Committee ResponsibilitiesThe Association Governance Committee is responsible for strategic recruitment of applicants andpresenting qualified candidates for election to AJLI governance positions. Members of the Governance Committee accomplish this accountability by:• determining annually, with the AJLI Board, the specific competencies and experience needed ineach position to complete the Association’s work effectively• staying informed of current AJLI governance issues through regular reports by AJLI Boardmembers and staff to the Governance Committee and by routinely reviewing resource documentsand updates available on the AJLI website• ensuring a broad range of members are informed about the availability of AJLI governancepositions, as well as the competencies required to serve in these elected positions• identifying and strategically recruiting individuals who have the competencies and whounderstand the responsibilities of serving in Association governance positions• assessing the skills, competencies and knowledge of individuals applying for positions• working collaboratively with all Governance Committee members to decide which applicants best meet position requirements and organizational needs• evaluating the work of the Governance Committee to continually improve the results and thenominating process itselfThe Association Governance Committee is also responsible for facilitating orientation for newmembers of the AJLI Board and such other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Board.

A selected group of women from all over Tampa Bay chosen by Buccaneer staff to help create a new youth program to pitch to public with opening season. Attend brainstorming sessions collaborating on topics like logo, brand awareness, events, programs to offer, etc.

I lead the Executive Board governing a membership organization of 1,900 women who are committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities. This organization is exclusively educational and charitable. We take pride in training our volunteers to become community and civic leaders in Tampa. As President some of my responsibilities include:• Serves as the official spokesperson for the League.• Builds public awareness of our mission, key priorities and focus on issue areas.• Develops and maintains positive and productive relationships with potential funders, media, donors, sponsors and partners and other organizations and strategic community stakeholders.• Reviews proposed budgets and making any necessary changes prior to approval by Finance Committee.• Ensures structures and procedures are in place for proper training and development of the Executive Board.• Plays a leading role in fundraising activities.• Cultivate and solicit major donors.• Attends community meetings, e.g., Funders Forum, Children’s Board meetings, project partner events, etc.• Identifies and determines opportunities for external leadership engagement.• Communicates JLT’s mission and focus areas that are consistent with JLT branding strategy.• Understands evolving membership needs and their impact on our membership structure.• Reviews and advises regarding strategy to build a bridge between all membership classes to foster inclusivity.• Understands and responds to evolving community needs as they relate to our community impact statement and issue areas.• Understands local non-profit community partner network.• Recognizes how legislation will impact the community needs and how JLT projects may need to evolve under certain legislation. • Remains abreast of current Association of Junior Leagues International issues and initiatives and report to the Executive Board and membership accordingly.

I serve on the Executive Board that oversees the fund development for the League, which is comprised of our Fundraising, Endowment and Grants committee.● Realigned overall fundraising strategy● Direct implementation of new donor recognition process tied into community calendar● Develop new corporate donor support around cultivating donors for a lifelong partnership● Created and hosted new corporate donor lunch-and-learn designed to cultivate corporate donor support (new and established) and enhance brand and reputation within the community

During my year as Community Vice President:● Led teams to implement two new League projects, Girl Power! With the Friends of Joshua House and Scholastic Success with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay, Inc● Conducted large expansions of Children’s Literacy project and Food 4 Kids project with two community partners, Hillsborough County Public Schools and Feeding America Tampa Bay● Launched two community partners, Mary Lee’s House/Love Bundles and Salvation Army/Getting Ahead● Participated in Program Development Education Committee (PDEC) review of four projects● Chaired Community Project Advisory Committee and directed monthly meetings to foster communication and collaboration among League community projects● Brainstormed with current community partners on ways to expand our work to create a deeper dive and greater impact horizontally and vertically among the population served● Envisioned, created, and executed the Inaugural Family Food Fest in the Sulphur Springs community – a collaborative event serving 500 + people in which five community partners and three JLT projects joined forces

During my year as Membership Vice President:● Executed the provisional application process with largest JLT applicant pool● Guided the training and education of the League as a liaison to the training committee to focus on mission driven trainings● Implemented the Inaugural Leadership JLT Program with the Nonprofit Leadership Center● Eliminated the Holiday Gift Market shift requirement (volunteering at our largest fundraiser) for those with five or more years of service (build consensus and research around decreasing requirements for members)● Restructured New Member Previews to make them impactful and designed program to educate prospective members about The Junior League of Tampa
