This role is responsible for creating and maintaining financial reports for Revenue Cycle managers, directors, and VPs as well as maintaining the multiple applications used by front end Revenue Cycle staff (from receptionists to billers).Maintain and provide support for revenue cycle applications: eligibility (Experian), payment processing (Healthpay24), scheduling/registration & billing (Oracle Cerner - Millenium, Revenue Cycle)o Create and maintain training material for both new employees & newly identified issuesWork with vendors to address issues on existing products as well as help with smooth implementation of any new products or applications (take lead on these projects)Create new reports (upon request to identify various issues with denials) and maintain existing financial reports that are used by directors & VPso Proficient in Excel, MedeAnalytics, Healthcare Business Insights, and more

The training team teaches all front-end and billing applications and remains available for support post-training.Prepare for and teach classes on a 3x weekly basis – classes include applications previously listed for: patient scheduling, registration, insurance, eligibility, patient communication, patient forms, and moreProvide support for revenue cycle applications previously listedo Create and maintain training material for new employees and existing employeeso Answer support phone calls and tickets on various revenue cycle applications and workflowsLead monthly meetings with 50+ management and registration leadership individuals to ensure workflows are being followed and address any issues that are brought upPrepare for and conduct bi-monthly meetings to ensure the entirety of the training team are up to date on current revenue cycle issues and educational opportunities

Check-in patients, scan/check insurances, advise patients how to correctly fill out forms, accept patient payments, inquire about balancesSchedule patient appointments specific to each physician's different preferencesAnswer and direct multiple phone calls within a short period (fast paced)Make patients feel comfortable in high-stress situations and escort them to their destinations
