Supporting both the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Information Technology, I am responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy to ensure the ongoing enhancement of relationships with alumni and key corporate organisations.Strategy and Campaign Implementation:- Developing and implementing a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy, operational plan and associated key performance indicators aligned with the objectives of both Faculties and the wider University. - Developing and implementing a multi-channel alumni relations communications plan including an on-line social media strategy, targeted email as well as web site architecture and content designed to engage alumni with their respective Faculties. - Development of a LinkedIn engagement strategy resulting in the establishment of alumni groups for each engineering department (5) and for the Faculty of Information Technology - Project management and implementation of two key initiatives of the Office of the Dean; the provision of an alumni email address and a student giving campaign.
