I am a woman who loves to shop and thus thrive in wearing many hats. As an Operations Manager at McBee, I get the opportunity to increase my knowledge and skill set in many business areas. I have fifteen years of experience in Operation management and thrive on finding problems and coming up with a resolution. I always say my twenty-four years of being a mom have blessed me with the ability to thrive in chaos. McBee is divided into several departments, and I have been able to help and coordinate processes in more than just my department.I have experience in contract negotiation, meeting planning, implementation, and continuing education coordination through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Pre-claim review training, process and staff coordination, and billing. Project coordination, both internal and external. I work closely with Finance, both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Experience in many EMRs and have participated in training staff and helping with technical errors. I thrive on assisting Associates that I manage to reach their goals and work diligently to open any closed doors that stand in their way. Filtering customer complaints and ensuring the customer is responded to and heard immediately is my top priority. Improving customer satisfaction is my main focus. I have vast experience with exhibiting at many industry-leading trade shows. I pride myself on good customer service and ensuring that walking away from one of our seminars, you are both filled with knowledge and satisfied with the customer service you received. I am responsible to our clients and future clients to make it clear that a new coding year begins on October 1 every year from here until eternity.
