- Coordinate all logistics for artists and production teams, including booking travel, securing housing, arranging meals, and providing backstage credentials, while addressing health and safety needs such as physical therapy and urgent care- Manage financial processes by processing reimbursements, tracking invoices, and handling media release/artist contracts and paperwork; actively support production meetings, ensure safety protocols, and maintain confidentiality

- Lead two 3.5 hour sections (15 students/class) and create curriculum that introduces the foundations of Method Acting and theatre pedagogy to students through Sense Memory™, Relaxation™, assigned materials, and scene study- Support a diverse range of students, ensure materials and coursework are accessible and create lesson plan that encourages professional development, community building, and collaboration

- Remain on standby for cue cards department support, catering/guest run, and oversee lockups during the filming of Please Don’t Destroy sketches while maintaining high levels of discretion

- Facilitated the arrival of high profile talent by preparing entrance (soft) passes, green rooms, and the set up of guest amenities such as merchandise gift bags and rider items- Support Research and Footage teams by gathering clips from viral trends, political news organizations, and up-and-coming technology for segments “Meanwhile” and “Cybergasm”

- Manage phone, calendar, and research for meetings; schedule virtual meetings and calls, internally and externally maintaining spreadsheets, and drafting correspondences- Liaise with internal sta at all levels and external clients & partners and prepare monthly expense reports for review & submit to accounting for approval

- Support Weekend Update writers during live shows by delivering script changes, distributing updated rundowns as corrections are made, managing catering orders, and conducting news and footage research as needed- Pull clips on trending shows, news, and weather for Footage department based on VFX, Graphic, and Post-Production teams’ needs

- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar across five social channels including for social media posts relating to the promotions, ad buys, boosted posts, and themes for the month (using Google Analytics, UTM Builders/Trackers, Hootsuite, Canva)- Coordinate with partners to cross-promote social media campaigns related to their partnership with Sesame Street in Communities as well as legacy military program, Sesame Street for Military Families- Assist the creation and distribution of educational toolkits discussing difficult conversations (ie., racism, incarceration, homelessness, parental addiction) to child healthcare practitioners across the US

- Deliver daily script coverage including logline, synopsis, comments, and corrections for clients and managers to review before distributing to producers and collaborators- Oversee TV Pilot Grid with daily casting notices, deadlines, and attached talent and send out daily CMails to managers and assistant with updated information

- Organize asynchronous/synchronous rehearsal schedules and maintain a hybrid model for Covid (Online) productions; curate master contact sheet for cast/crew (complete with conflicts), props list, elements list, designer cue list, and track all blocking- Coordinate email communication between administration/events team, designers, production team, and students by sending out daily rehearsal reports, daily call sheets, and hosting tech/production meetings

- Maintain an editorial calendar across two channels (Instagram and Facebook) targeting Seattle metropolitan area and high school theatre students including promotions, ticket subscriptions, and partner promotions- Create 12 post campaign and produce two behind-the-scenes Instagram (@the5thavenuetheatre) story takeovers to provide insight on the Rising Star Program resulting in 5,982 likes-
