Re-elected as Membership Recruitment Director as well as additionally serving as Vice President of New Member Education (VPNME)Additional responsibilities for VPNME:• Educate new members on Sigma Sigma Sigma including history, songs and sorority culture. • Supervise all events for new members and hold at least three "Big/Little" socials to help new members get acquainted to current members and to make pairings for them to receive mentors.

• Recruit new members to quota, by recruitment events through organizing and planning formal and informal recruitment events. • Lead workshops (two to three per week) during formal recruitment season for current members to educate on expectations for plans and procedures during formal recruitment. • Engage in weekly officer meetings and discuss chapter operations from an executive level, prior to weekly chapter-wide meetings. Co-manage social media platforms with Public Relations Chair and upload content to instagram tri-weekly and engage with other Tri Sigma chapters and Ramapo Greek Organizations.Became MRD the same semester as being initiated, a few months into the term, due to the prior MRD being a graduating senior.Also Member of Diversity Equity Inclusion committee (DEI)—holds monthly meetings going over objectives to promote inclusivity

Speech-Language Pathology Office• Manage checking-in and updating invoices of all clients in Ho-Ho-Kus office, upon arrival and contact late clients after 5 minutes after session start. • Interact with child clients in waiting area when parents/guardians receive feedback from Speech Language Pathologist during the last 5-10 minutes of session. • Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to sessions to read daily notes, set thermostat and phone and clean office prior to the arrival of clients. • Assist with coordination of scheduling weekly sessions for clients with parents/guardians and Speech Language Pathologists.
