I am a very dedicated individual that prides myself on hard work and professionalism. I am currently employed with Optus as a Sales Consultant as I had just finished working with KINETIC Group in Dec of 2021 as a Customer experience Coordinator for Surfside Buslines Gold Coast. I have an increasing passion for Business and Management, that I had pursued a few years back when I had attended college For Business and Management where I had received top of my class marks and Dual Degrees.Over the years Working for JB Hi-FI as a Sales/Telco Coordinator I had undertaken many projects to not only improve systems and procedures that we had in place but to also have them streamlined for a more adequate experience for our customers signing up to Telstra Phone and home internet plans, For E.g. I had created a system to keep track of updates from Telstra's back of house directly to our computers in store so we were able to keep on top of Issues, changes in a contract status, customer complaints, unsuccessful applications and most importantly keeping the customer in the loop. This of course allows for minimal Human error as all areas now had an organization system in place. I had also created a process that allowed the stores to cut down on paper by a huge amount, by creating a system that still gave the customers all of their important information, contract and receipts but in a digital manner. Where as before this we were 100% paper. In this role I was also able to complete a good amount of Management training from an accredited Training group called 3sixty that was hired by JB HI-FI. I have a few passions in life that I enjoy in my down time including Tennis, The Rural Fire brigade, my amazing dogs, Food and hiking. I also grew up in a small country town called Lightning ridge which has given me an interesting outlook on country living and city life. I enjoy both as much as the other. Maybe the city a little more, only because of the shopping 😂
