-Responsible for the management of a Supply Chain staff of four fulfillment administrators and receptionist. Sent artwork, product and screener copies to sales reps and buyers-Created weekly sales reports and modular timeline for all departments to meet seasonal and modular resets-Created presentation books and PowerPoint presentations for meetings

-Managed Junior, Missy, Plus Size and Men’s division of the Wal-Mart account-Processed and managed orders from beginning to end. Kept constant communication with art department, licensing, production team, vendors, and shipping department to ensure the orders are done correctly and get out the door on time -Entered all information for supplier quotes in Wal-Mart’s Retail Link in order to get po’s processed through EDI and corresponded with the buyer and buyer’s assistant in regards to revisions and new opportunities. Monitored CTL testing for departments-Problem solved opportunities that presented themselves in my department, as a company and with our vendors and customers-Assisted the VP of company and Sales Manager with everyday activities, scheduling, travel, etc.. and acted as their liaison when they are out in the field with other departments
