Using staff response and Action Priority Matrix, distilled 15 action items into 7 final recommendations. →Led on-campus biannual professional development days, increased the average number of sessions from 16 to 60, and average attendance from 200 to 275 participants.→Chaired the steering committee for the Summer Institute on Distance Learning and Instructional Technology, leading 26 professionals in Kansas, Indiana, and Missouri: Directed annual conference for 200 distance learning and educational technology professionals, including 80 sessions. Transitioned the conference to a location that increased access to Western Kansas professionals and paved the way for $65K in tourism revenue.→Collaborated regularly with professionals in the university library, faculty research office, graduate school, academic departments and colleges, and technology services to design, facilitate, and assess professional development programming: interdisciplinary research events, edtech mini-conferences, information literacy workshops, University Press of Kansas presentations, and more.

→Institutional Adjunct Support representative on the CHP Collaboratory, a cross-institutional workgroup of faculty and staff from FHSU, Pittsburg State University, and Chadron State College. Worked together to design better support systems, recognition, and training opportunities for adjunct faculty.→Established centralized adjunct orientation, training, ongoing support, and recognition by designing online orientation, three levels of incentivized training courses, adjunct website and social media pages, Adjunct of the Year award, and Adjunct Spotlight articles.→Established and co-chaired Adjunct Faculty Advisory Committee. Represented Virtual College (now FHSU Online) on Council on Preparation for Teachers and School Personnel, Experiential Learning Committee, Retention Advocacy Committee, and Faculty Development Subcommittee of the Institutional College Completion Team.
