Additionally, manage a team of four direct reports who form the Office of the Ombudsman for Allstate Canada. - Provides strategic counsel to the Allstate Canada senior leadership team on key political and regulatory initiatives impacting the business; developed and executed tangible actions to manage risk.- Managing a team of four, leads the Allstate Canada Office of the Ombudsman, which is responsible for investigating and resolving high-profile and escalated consumer complaints. - Serves as primary spokesperson for Allstate Canada with the media, in both proactive and reactive situations; responsible for developing and executing the crisis management response where Allstate Canada assets are involved (i.e. Alberta Floods, Fort McMurray wildfires, high-profile consumer issues).- Proactively creates and leads opportunities for the Allstate Canada senior leadership team to demonstrate thought leadership through earned media, enhancing Allstate’s social license to operate.- Represents Allstate Canada at industry associations through various committee activities and key relationships.

Reporting to the Director - Federal Government Sales, responsible for quarterbacking the Rogers Communications bid for the largest single-supplier wireless procurement in Canada.- Actively served as a member of the Federal Government team that prepared and successfully executed the RFP response to secure Rogers’ position as primary supplier of mobile solutions and services to the Government of Canada.- Proactively remedied and solved issues before they escalated to ensure that Rogers met and exceeded the terms and conditions of the negotiated contract with the client. - Developed and assisted in the implementation of new internal policies and procedures within Rogers to better serve our client and their unique requirements.- Led and managed internal and communication materials regarding the public sector business segment.- Wrote briefing notes and business proposals for senior executives within Rogers.
