The quantifiable and visual effect of our technology on our clients’ wastewater and the environment is fundamentally what inspires us every day.As the commercial operations coordinator, I am responsible for:- Sourcing and coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time receipt or shipment of materials, equipment and CarboNet products - Provide administrative support to maintain operations of all operating facilities- Develop and manage the team schedule to account for day-to-day missions on the customer, product development and logistics front- Draft daily reports- Equipment management including tracking of maintenance schedules and servicing contacts- Track and manage all expenditures- Liaise with Vancouver HQ to coordinate and implement new programs and policies as they arise- Provide administrative support to sales and marketing initiatives- Anticipate and coordinate errands and other tasks that help the team be ever more organized and effective.
